Recently, the Ministry of Education has announced the 2019 list of national and provincial first-class undergraduate courses construction sites. A total of 24 majors in our school have been approved as national first-class construction sites, and 12 majors approved as provincial ones.

Among the approved national first-class construction courses sites are 24 majors including Economics, Public Finance, Money & Banking,  International Economics and Trade, Law, English, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Marine Science, Bioscience, Statistics,  Measuring & Control Technology and Instrumentations, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technics, Medical Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, Accounting，Financial Management，Public Administration, E-commerce, Film & Television Literature.

It is reported that the Ministry of Education kicked off , in April, 2019, the "Double 10,000 Project" to establish first-class undergraduate courses, planning to build 10,000 top undergraduate courses between 2019-2021, which is to comply with the spirit of the National Education Congress and New Age National Conference on Undergraduate Education, and meet the requirements as put forth in a series of documents such as Opinions of Ministry of Education on Accelerating Construction of High-level Undergraduate Education and Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Accelerating Construction of High-level Undergraduate Education and Comprehensively Improving Ability to Cultivate Talent, and "Six Excellence and One Eminence Project" 2.0.
