On December 9,Mr. Kyraubayev Zhoshykhan, the Consul General of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shanghai led a delegation to visit XMU. Vice Chairman of the University Council, Lai Hongkai received the guests.

Lai welcomed Kyraubayev Zhoshykhan and his delegation and pointed that XMU is willing to conduct exchanges and cooperation with Kazakhstan universities in the fields of talent training and academic research, and jointly contribute to the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
