On November 1st, at the ceremony of the 55th anniversary of Far East Federal University´s Law education, Prof. Fu Kuncheng - dean of XMU´s South China Sea Institute was awarded an Honorary Doctor Degree due to his remarkable academic achievements and influence. 

Prof. VladimirI.Kurilov, vice-president of the FEFU pointed out at the commencement ceremony that Prof. Fu is a world famous expert in sea laws with profound knowledge, remarkable academic achievements and magnetic personality. In the past month, he offered courses of Anglo-American Contract Law and Sea Law during his short visit in the FEFU.
